Challenges and Obstacles Facing the Development Process in Hawija District Analytical Social Study

This study aims to analyze the obstacles and challenges that hinder and limit the development process in the Hawija district of Kirkuk Governorate, from a socio-analytical perspective, this study deals with the social, political, economic, environmental, health and administrative aspects that hinder development, with a focus on the impact of historical factors and conflicts on the development reality in the region.
The research relies on the descriptive analytical approach, where it relies on previous theoretical studies in addition to relying on the observations of the researcher that he observes in the study community, so the study seeks to provide a deeper understanding of the development reality in the Hawija district, and then propose solutions that contribute to overcoming the current obstacles and promoting sustainable development in the region.
