Abstract
This study deals with the concept of Hima and feudal as two Economic and Social systems , as they regarded as an economic phenomenon related to the land from the ancient era till the pre Islamic era. This continued to the post prophet era . It has a vital role in land management and resources in the Arabian Peninsula. This study aims at comparing related practices of Hima as it is used to protect postures and natural resources from the tribes and their leaders before Islam . It connected with tribe power and its weakness as it provide fertile pastures for the tribe camels and feudal concept which was common to the emergence of Islam as the Islam has reorganized the land ownership in accordance with public interest as well as it concerate on seeking for how Arabs use this before Islam to ensure that resources Monopoly for certain groups to check informs submitted by Islam through allocating lands with fair rules serves the whole community individuals.
