The study focused on demonstrating the positive impact of artificial intelligence applications on scientific research from the perspective of graduate students at the University of Mosul. The study aimed to identify the most important artificial intelligence applications used in scientific research by graduate students at the University of Mosul, as well as to identify artificial intelligence applications that can be utilized in the field of scientific research and to study this impact from the perspective of graduate students at the University of Mosul. The study relied on the descriptive analytical approach. The study population consisted of (4,245) graduate students in the research phase. A stratified random sample of (316) students was selected from the total graduate students at the University of Mosul. A questionnaire was used as a means and tool for data collection, and it was distributed to graduate students in the science and humanities colleges. The study yielded several results, the most important of which were: 1. The study showed that artificial intelligence applications enable researchers to complete tasks and assignments more quickly, with a percentage of 88.16%. 2. The study concluded that artificial intelligence applications increase research efficiency to keep pace with developments in the research arena, with a percentage of 79.24%. 3. Most of the sample members expressed great satisfaction with the use of artificial intelligence applications due to their time-saving and rapid research completion. The study yielded several suggestions, the most important of which are the following:

1. The researcher recommends the need to conduct awareness sessions for researchers to emphasize the need for researchers to adhere to the ethical guidelines associated with writing scientific research and using artificial intelligence applications.


2. The researcher recommends that artificial intelligence applications be used with caution and not to rely solely on them in writing scientific research, as they are tools that help reduce time and shorten steps that require effort from the researcher.
