الملخص

تعدّ دراسة الابعاد الإدارية في الكويت من المواضيع المهمة في تاريخ الكويت لاسيما أن الدراسات السابقة أشارت اليها باقتضاب لذلك ركزت هذه الدراسة على تناول الموضوع من ابعاده المختلفة شمل "المحور الأول "من البحث الثورة العمرانية وكيف أسهم تأسيس البلدية في الكويت في تطوير المدينة عمرانياً مما حسن الخدمات وجذب السكان. بينما جاء في "المحور الثاني" من البحث مشكلة المياه في الكويت وكيفية معالجتها واجهت الكويت مشكلة ندرة المياه بسبب طبيعتها الصحراوية. اعتمد الكويتيون على الآبار العميقة وجلب المياه من شط العرب. بمرور الوقت بنيت محطات لتقطير ماء البحر واكتُشفت بحيرات مياه جوفية تحت الصحراء وحُفرت آبار في حوض الروضتين لتحسين استغلال هذه المصادر المائية.في حين كان "المحور الثالث" بعنوان النقل العام في الكويت ( تحديات وحلول)  جهود الكويت في تطوير وسائل النقل والاتصالات. عملت الكويت على تطوير وسائل النقل والاتصالات ببناء الطرق وتأسيس شركة النقل العام ثم إنشاء محطة أرضية للاتصال عبر الأقمار الاصطناعية. تطورت الخطوط الجوية الكويتية بدعم حكومي وشهد مطار الكويت تحسينات كبيرة مما عزز مكانتها في قطاع الطيران.
