Section: RESEARCH

Abstract

The political, administrative and security dimensions are considered as  main subjects of Kuwaiti history, especially the previous studies didn't refer to them and for this reason it started its study deeply. The first section tackles the urban revolution and its role in establishing the municipality of  Kuwait which leads to develop the city as well as to attack people to live there. The second section, however, tackles the problem of water in Kuwait and how to Process it because Kuwait faced the problem of water scarcity because of its desert nature . Kuwaiti people depend  on drilling water wells and bringing water from shat Al-Arab.

Overtime, sea water distillation stations  were built and  ground water lakes under the desert were discovered and  water wells were dug to improve the exploitation of water resources. As for the third section, it tackles the general transport in Kuwait (challenges and solutions) and Kuwaiti efforts in developing the means of transport and communication.

Kuwait  developed the means of transport and communication via constructing many roads ,the establishment of a public transport company, and the establishment of a ground station for satellite communications. Kuwait Airways developed with government support, and Kuwait Airport witnessed significant improvements ,strengthening its position in the aviation sector.
