Section: بحث

Abstract

This research aims to introduce Al-Sabuni, his scholarly works, and his approach to his interpretation, "The Elite of Interpretations," one of his most famous works. Al-Sabuni demonstrated the diversity of the rhetorical styles he employed, including the following: interrogative, wishful, vocative, imperative, and others, which he employed to serve and clarify the meaning of the Qur'an. He also demonstrated his ability to use these styles in appropriate contexts, helping to convey meanings in a simple and accessible manner without compromising the original meaning of the text. Among the most important findings of the research are the following:

  1. 1. Al-Sabuni combined in his interpretation the sciences of language, including grammar, rhetoric, and literature. It can be classified within the linguistic rhetorical approach in interpretation. 2- Al-Sabuni demonstrated the value of the rhetorical devices in the Holy Quran through his beneficial interpretation. May God reward him.

3- Al-Sabuni's interpretation is distinguished by its precise expressions and brevity, combined with its comprehensive vocabulary and comprehensive meanings. Therefore, this interpretation has gained the admiration of many scholars and students of knowledge, facilitating their interpretation of the Holy Quran and the meanings of its words in a clear and easy manner
